Early in life, I learned the importance of living an active lifestyle. Maintaining good health throughout life, especially as we age, is very important to me.

Exercise not only helps us get in shape, it also has the added benefits of boosting confidence and relieving stress.

I have been a full-time personal trainer since 2017, with over 2000 hours (and counting) of 1-1, online and group coaching fitness instruction experience.

I aim to serve my client’s health needs and get them the progress they have always wanted with their fitness goals, health, and well-being.

Early in life, I learned the importance of living an active lifestyle. Maintaining good health throughout life, especially as we age, is very important to me. Spending many hours practicing badminton and tennis as a youth I transitioned to the gym. I had the first-hand experience of how exercise, especially weight training is one of the most effective ways to get in shape. Not only did regular exercise and weight training help to get me in shape, but it has the added benefits of boosting confidence and relieving stress.
