Highly experienced trainer
Welcome to Progression Health Coaching
Early in life, I learned the importance of living an active lifestyle. Maintaining good health throughout life, especially as we age, is very important to me. Spending many hours practicing badminton and tennis as a youth I transitioned to the gym. I had the first-hand experience of how exercise, especially weight training is one of the most effective ways to get in shape. Not only did regular exercise and weight training help to get me in shape, but it has the added benefits of boosting confidence and relieving stress.

I truly believe exercise is medicine.
I believe that strength training, including powerlifting, is one of the best forms of exercise you can practice. However, I incorporate various training, exercise methods, and sporting activities into my regular fitness routine with the aim of achieving an all-encompassing base of fitness. Nothing comes easy – that is a fact. However, I’ll be sure to make your exercise and training routines both enjoyable and challenging wherever you are on your own fitness journey.

“Outstanding Work”
“I have been working with Ross on and off for three years. Under his direction, I got into and maintained the best shape of my life. He coached my strength training and nutrition through multiple sporting events, including a marathon (hit a PB of 3:24), and a BJJ competition (got destroyed, but this was nothing to do with Ross’ coaching ????). Ross put himself in my shoes, met me where I was (unlike some PTs who force THEIR goals on you), created an action plan to get me to where I wanted to be and walked with me to the finish line (giving me the credit). It’s hard to write this without bias because he has been great. Empathetic + action-orientated = results. Simply put: If you want to get in shape, Ross is that guy.”
